What are our Shipping Rates?

Please refer to our Shipping page for further details, but we charge £2.00 for orders up to £15.00, £6.00 for orders up to £50.00, rising to a maximum of £8.00 for orders over £50.00 in value.

What Payment Methods are accepted?

We accept payment through our site for Paypal, or Credit Cards via Paypal. You can also telephone us with your credit card details, as we can take these over the telephone. If you intend to pay by Credit Card over the telephone, then please purchase your order via our checkout process, choosing 'telephone with Card Details' as the payment option.

How long will I be waiting on my items?

We aim to have most small jobs done and despatched in 48 hours, though buyers should allow around 7 days. We will contact anyone who has placed a large order which may take any longer, or be delayed for any reason.

Can you print/embroider all of the items in your online shop?

Yes, we can print or embroider any of the items contained in our store. If there is a specific difficulty with any of them, it will be explained fully in the product description.

Will there be a setup fee for my logo?

Yes, there is a one-time digitizing setup fee to have your logo redrawn in 'stiches' to suit embroidery or amended/prepared for printing/vinyl, etc.  This will be £35 and will only be payable once.

Will you keep my logo on file for the future?

Yes, once we digitize your logo to get it ready for printing or embroidery, we will keep this file for future orders. It will never be shared with anyone else, as our customer privacy is very important to us.
